Revanth Reddy orders probe into KCR farmhouse land in Siddipet
India, Sept. 17 -- Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday ordered a comprehensive inquiry into the land held by Bharat Rashtra Samithi president and former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao at his farmhouse at Erravelli in Siddipet district.
Speaking in the Telangana legislative assembly during a discussion on the inclusion of thousands of acres of private lands in the prohibited list under the controversial Section 22-A of the Registration Act, the CM asked officials of revenue department to examine whether the entire 700-acre property associated with KCR's farmhouse was legally held by him.
