India, Aug. 9 -- Delhi woke up to heavy rainfall with waterlogging in parts of the city, disrupting traffic. The rainfall lashed several parts of the national capital, including Shastri Bhawan, R.K. Puram, Moti Bagh, and Kidwai Nagar, which witnessed intense showers. For today, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in the entire Delhi.
