Jaipur, Sept. 8 -- Former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Sunday said Vasundhara Raje should have been the BJP's "natural choice" to lead Rajasthan after the party returned to power in November 2023. The senior Congress leader was responding to a reporter's question about the meeting of former CM Raje and incumbent CM Bhajan Lal Sharma with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in Jodhpur. "If Vasundhara Raje had returned as chief minister, it would have been enjoyable to see her in the role again.
