India, May 20 -- For many young graduates, landing a well paying job at a reputed multinational company soon after college is seen as the ideal start to a career. On paper, Vidhi Moondra's life seemed to be moving in the perfect direction. However, she decided to step away from that certainty when she quit her seven figure job at Barclays without having another job in hand.
