Jaipur, Feb. 12 -- Rajasthan finance minister Diya Kumari on Wednesday presented the budget in the State Assembly, unveiling a Rs.6,10,956-crore financial plan that emphasises administrative reforms, climate-linked agriculture, youth empowerment, green growth and expanded welfare measures.
