Protest for quota reform: Students' demands will be taken to Centre, says UP dy CM Pathak
LUCKNOW, Aug. 23 -- Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak on Saturday met a delegation of students who demonstrated at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Friday regarding 'reservation reform' and assured them to facilitate their meeting with a Union minister.
Addressing a press conference alongside representatives of the protestors here, Pathak said, "I fully assured the students that their demands would be taken to the central leadership within the next two days, and that a meeting with the relevant Union minister would also be arranged."
