PRAYAGRAJ, Aug. 8 -- The body of slain mafia-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed's youngest son, Aban, 21, was buried at the Kasari Masari graveyard in Prayagraj on Saturday evening, two days after he was killed in a road accident in Jhansi. He was laid to rest near the graves of his father and brother.

Aban's burial was delayed because his elder brothers, Umar Ahmed and Ali Ahmed, who are lodged in Lucknow and Jhansi jails in connection with criminal cases, were granted parole by the Allahabad high court to attend the funeral.
