India, Aug. 23 -- Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) chief Naval Kishore Ram on Saturday directed officials to expedite pending infrastructure projects and land acquisition in Karvenagar ward 30, officials said.

Ram, along with mayor Manjusha Nagpure, inspected locations, including Matoshri Old Age Home, Shivane-Kharadi road, Rajaram Bridge-Jawalkar Udyan stretch, Sun City-Karvenagar new bridge area, Tirupatinagar, Karvenagar flyover and Bhalchandra Dev Chowk.

Ram directed the road department to submit a proposal within a week to acquire land required for the 12-metre development plan (DP) road between Matoshri Old Age Home and Vandevi temple.
