India, Aug. 31 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday invited Chinese President Xi Jinping to the BRICS Summit that India will be hosting in 2026. PM Modi is in China for the SCO Summit and met Xi Jinping on Sunday.

PM Modi met Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the 25th meeting of the Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Council (SCO) and held discussions on a wide range of crucial topics, including the border issue.
