NEW DELHI, Sept. 10 -- The Delhi HC has directed that all pending cases under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 be transferred to the specially designated fast-track court at Rouse Avenue for speedy adjudication. HT had first reported on Monday that the special court was facing a jurisdictional hurdle as several such cases remained pending in other Delhi courts.P10
