India, May 16 -- Ever since Tamil superstar C Joseph Vijay became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the internet couldn't help but draw comparisons to Telugu star and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan.
