India, Sept. 22 -- ICICI Bank Limited has leased 3,347 sq ft of commercial space in Pune, from Farida Pankaj Udhas, wife of the late legendary ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas, for a 9-year tenure, at a total rent of around Rs.2.89 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The leased property is on the first floor of Farena Corporate Park on Mundhawa Road in Hadapsar, Pune, and is leased at a monthly rent of Rs.2.50 lakh. Based on the registered carpet area of 3,347 sq ft, the monthly rent works out to around Rs.74.69 per sq ft.
