Gurugram, April 3 -- The Gurugram administration's newly launched LPG helpline received over 300 complaints on its first day, with people reporting concerns over gas availability, delayed deliveries, and booking issues across the city.

On Thursday, 51 complaints were received at the control room, all of which were addressed promptly, officials said.

The helpline, set up at the Mini Secretariat to tackle complaints related to LPG shortages and black marketing, began operations on Wednesday. The initiative is part of a broader effort to streamline supply and ensure transparency in distribution.

District food and supplies controller (DFSC) Ashok Rawat said the majority of complaints were related to LPG refills.
