Old Farmer's Almanac first snow map is out: What does the season's first snowfall mean in astrology?
India, Sept. 12 -- The first snow of the season can change the mood of a place almost instantly. Streets become quieter, evenings feel longer and you may find yourself wanting to stay indoors a little more.
Now, a new snowfall map from The Old Farmer's Almanac is giving Americans an early look at when measurable snow typically begins across different parts of the country. Some higher-elevation areas can see snow as early as September, while other regions may not see their first measurable snowfall until much later.
But beyond weather forecasts, the arrival of snow has another meaning in astrology. It can mark a natural shift from activity and outward energy toward rest, reflection and a slower pace.
