Chandigarh, Oct. 1 -- Punjab governor and UT administrator Gulab Chand Kataria on Wednesday e-launched two citizen-centric initiatives of the Chandigarh Estate Office - the e-Sampada CHD mobile application and faceless service delivery facility - at the Samaadhaan Shivir held at the Community Centre, Ram Darbar.

The initiatives are aimed at bringing property-related services closer to residents, reducing physical visits to the estate office and making service delivery more accessible, transparent, paperless and citizen-friendly.
