PATNA, Sept. 19 -- The one-day orientation programme of the Janata Dal (United) - the first by the party - was inaugurated by party president and Rajya Sabha member Nitish Kumar at the JD(U) state headquarters on Friday to sensitise the people's representatives about the legislative procedures, the success of state's inclusive growth model and their role.
