New Delhi, July 22 -- The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Tuesday issued a notice to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) asking it to reply to allegations of an unauthorised garbage dhalao operating in Greater Kailash Enclave-2, on land earmarked as a children's park. A case filed by an applicant alleged that an unauthorised dhalao was operating in the area. The MCD has sought four weeks to reply, which the NGT has granted. The next date of hearing has been set to September 2, 2026.htc
