Raipur, Sept. 3 -- Utkarsh Chandrakar, the nephew of former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel's PA KK Chandrakar, has been arrested in connection with alleged irregularities, question-paper leaks and corruption in examinations conducted by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) said on Wednesday. In a statement, the agency said Utkarsh was arrested on Tuesday under Section 19 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, after its investigation allegedly established his involvement in activities connected with the proceeds of crime.
