India, April 2 -- A 27-year-old man was injured after a neighbour and his minor son allegedly assaulted and wrongfully restrained him following an altercation. The incident occurred after the victim's pet dog relieved itself outside the neighbour's house on Sunday, police said on Wednesday.
The neighbour, reportedly an engineer in a Delhi's power distribution company, also made objectionable and threatening remarks against the victim's mother when she tried to intervene, police added.
