India, June 21 -- A Mumbai woman has sparked a discussion on workplace boundaries after urging employees to become "slightly problematic" at work at least once in their lives. The woman, who goes by the Instagram name Tulip, shared a video in which she spoke about the importance of saying no to unhealthy workplace expectations and not allowing office culture to normalise burnout.

In the video, she said, "Okay, so I genuinely think that everybody needs to be slightly problematic at work at least once. Not HR-level problematic, calm down. I mean saying no to unpaid overtime, leaving on time, not answering emails at 11:00 p.m....
