India, April 1 -- Bollywood actor John Abraham's firm JA Entertainment Private Limited, has renewed the lease of a premium Bandra West property at Pali Hill, for a monthly rent of Rs.12 lakh for two years, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.

The lease was renewed on February 6, 2026, the document showed.

Earlier, in 2023, Abraham had leased the same property for Rs.11 lakh per month, with Bajaj Builders as the landlord, documents showed.

The property, called Supreme ArtVeda, spans a RERA carpet area of 3,158 sq ft with an additional balcony area of 97.62 sq ft, bringing the total area to 3,255.75 sq ft. The rental agreement is for two years, with a deposit of Rs.66 lakh. The rent will be increased to Rs.12.5 lakh after 12 months...
