NEW DELHI, Feb. 13 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday will inaugurate Seva Teerth and Kartavya Bhavan-1 and 2, marking what the government described as a transformative milestone in India's administrative governance architecture. The events will unfold in two phases, beginning with a ceremonial tree plantation and culminating in a public address in the evening.
