New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to chair a roundtable with global semiconductor CEOs on September 16, a day before he inaugurates the three-day SEMICON India 2026 at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi on September 17. SEMICON India 2026 will be held from September 17-19 and will showcase India's progress under the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) as the government prepares to implement its second phase, Semicon 2.0, which the cabinet recently approved with an outlay of Rs.1.27 lakh crore.
