GUWAHATI, April 2 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said a third term for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party-led government in Assam was already confirmed in next week's assembly election. Addressing a meeting in Gogamukh of Dhemaji district, Modi urged the public to be aware of the Congress, alleging that the opposition party was planning to enact a "dangerous communal law" if it came to power in the state.
