Imphal, Aug. 20 -- The Manipur government on Wednesday ordered the closure of all educational institutions across the state from August 20 to 23 in view of the prevailing law and order situation, according to an official order. Earlier in the day, normal life remained paralysed across several valley districts in Manipur as the 48-hour shutdown called by a Meitei group against the Census until an NRC is done, entered its last day. The organisation announced a boycott of all government institutions starting Thursday as part of its stir.htc
