India, Aug. 11 -- DLF's ultra-luxury residential project The Dahlias in Gurgaon is making headlines after entrepreneur Manav Sardana bought a penthouse for Rs.271 crore. The transaction is reportedly among the most expensive single-unit residential deals in India and has put Gurgaon's luxury real estate market in the spotlight.

Located in Sector 54 near Golf Course Road, The Dahlias is being developed by DLF as an ultra-luxury residential project. According to DLF, the development will span around 7.5 million sq ft and comprise 420 residences across 29 levels and eight towers. The project includes 15 exclusive duplex penthouses of about 35,000 sq ft.
