NEW DELHI, Aug. 19 -- A day after a 22-year-old man was arrested for strangling his cousin sister, police on Tuesday said his interrogation revealed he had planned the murder in advance, including buying the suitcase that he used to dump her body in Burari. He allegedly bought the suitcase on Sunday and then took his cousin to a friend's shop, where, in a room next-door, he then strangled her to death. Giving details of the victim, a senior police officer said the 17-year-old girl lived with her parents in Muzaffarpur in Bihar and was a Class 11 student at a government school.
