Bhopal, Oct. 17 -- A 30-year-old man from Bhind district in Madhya Pradesh was arrested for strangulating a 28-year-old woman to death in Etawah district in Uttar Pradesh after a dispute over taking away the woman's 10-month-old child and handing him over to the accused's wife, police said on Friday, adding that both were living together for the past two years. The victim's father alleged the man "trapped" his daughter for a child. According to police, the woman, identified as Snehlata Pandey, a resident of Bihar who worked as a nursing officer in the Bhind district hospital and gave birth to a boy 10 months ago.
