NEW DElhi, May 14 -- In a major reshuffle in the senior ranks of Delhi Police, several special commissioners of police across key divisions have been transferred within and out of Delhi, officials aware of the development said on Wednesday. IPS Neeraj Thakur, who was serving as special commissioner of police (traffic), has been posted as special CP, law and trder zone-II. IPS Devesh Chandra Srivastava, who handled crime and media-related responsibilities, has been shifted as special CP, law and order zone-I.
