India, April 24 -- Madison Sheahan, a former senior official at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is under fire again following reports alleging an inappropriate relationship with a staffer. The Daily Mail report also reveals claims of a toxic workplace environment.

According to the outlet, the former deputy director at ICE has been accused of engaging in a secret relationship with a younger staff member and targeting employees she perceived as disloyal.
