Bhopal, Aug. 2 -- The Madhya Pradesh high court 's Indore bench has taken suo motu cognisance of a widely-shared video clip online showing a minor allegedly beating two elderly women at an illegally run shelter home in the city and ordered a report in the matter. A division bench of justices Subodh Abhyankar and Alok Awasthi on Friday directed district, civic and social welfare officials to submit a report. "The report must provide comprehensive details regarding the ashram's operations, administrative negligence, the status of necessary permissions, and the actions taken so far," it said.
