Ludhiana, Aug. 24 -- Three persons were killed and another injured after two motorcycles collided near Sai Dham on Hambran Road late Saturday night. The accident took place around 12.30 am, leaving both motorcycles badly damaged.

The deceased have been identified as Sonu, 36, and Suresh Kumar, alias Raju, 42, residents of Pratap Singh Wala, and Karan, 21, of Ayali Khurd. Karan's friend Sunny, 19, who was riding pillion with him, sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment at a hospital.

According to assistant sub-inspector Bhupinder Singh, the investigating officer, four people were travelling on two separate motorcycles. Sonu and Suresh Kumar were on one bike, while Karan and Sunny were on the other. The collision took place near Sa...
