Ludhiana, Aug. 24 -- A railway loco pilot was allegedly robbed by five unidentified men who intercepted him while he was returning home after completing his night duty near Bharat Nagar Chowk. The accused, travelling on two motorcycles, allegedly threatened him with weapons and fled with his bag containing cash, personal documents and several railway items.

The incident took place near a hotel close to Bharat Nagar Chowk at around 2.30 am on July 24, but the Division number 5 police registered a case nearly a month later. No arrests have been made so far.
