India, Sept. 13 -- Lil Durk has walked away from one major legal battle, but he is not going home yet. The rapper was found not guilty in his murder-for-hire case but remains in custody as he faces another federal trial.

Rapper Lil Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, was taken back into custody this week even after beating his murder-for-hire case.

On Friday, September 11, the 34-year-old rapper was found not guilty on all five counts, which included conspiracy to commit stalking, stalking using a dangerous weapon, stalking resulting in death and two murder-for-hire charges.
