Rohtak/Julana, Oct. 17 -- The last rites of Rohtak assistant sub inspector Sandeep Lathar, who allegedly died by suicide and left behind a note accusing the late IPS officer Y Puran Kumar of corruption, was performed with state honours in Julana in Haryana's Jind district on Thursday evening. The cremation took place after the post-mortem examination at the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS) in Rohtak. Four Haryana ministers, including Shruti Choudhry, attended the funeral and assured Lathar's family that the state government will ensure they get justice.
