India, Sept. 4 -- Actress Khushi Kapoor, daughter of Boney Kapoor, purchased a residential flat in Mumbai's Bandra West for Rs.63 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The documents show that the flat in Samtadeep Building is located on 25th Road in Bandra West, one of Mumbai's established residential and celebrity neighbourhoods. The apartment has a carpet area of 180 sq ft, while its built-up area is 216 sq ft.

Kapoor purchased the property from Farooq Chagla, according to the registration document. The transaction's consideration value was recorded at Rs.63 lakh, while the buyer paid Rs.3.15 lakh as stamp duty. The transaction for the compact apartment was registered on September 1, 2026.
