India, Aug. 12 -- Tollywood actor Jr NTR sustained an injury in July while shooting for his upcoming film Dragon with Prashanth Neel. On August 12, Wednesday, the actor underwent surgery for his shoulder at a private hospital in Hyderabad. His team promised to provide fans with updates on his recovery.
