RANCHI, April 11 -- Raising questions over the delay in the salary payment to state government employees for March, the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alleged on Saturday that the fiscal mismanagement of the Hemant Soren government and a lack of funds were the reasons behind the development.

Addressing a press conference at the state headquarters, Jharkhand BJP spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said the government's entire financial management system has completely collapsed.
