India, Aug. 24 -- Two days after a 69-year-old retired school teacher was found murdered and her house robbed in southeast Delhi's Jangpura, police on Sunday said they have apprehended two men from Wazirabad, north Delhi, in connection with the case.

Police said the two suspects bought the stolen items from the accused. Police are yet to arrest the key accused.

A police officer said the accused is a history sheeter and targets upscale societies. "While the main accused is still on the run, his whereabouts have been traced. We recovered the stolen items from the two suspects, including gold ornaments and a mobile phone. They were planning to sell them further.
