India, Aug. 27 -- Knee pain, swelling, and stiffness are often associated with advancing age. However, these complaints are increasingly being seen in people in their 30s and 40s as well. Some experience pain while climbing stairs, others notice swelling after exercise, while some develop stiffness after sitting for long periods.
"But does knee pain at a younger age necessarily mean that the knees are aging faster than the rest of the body? Not always.
