India, Sept. 18 -- Thousands of users of ADT, the fire security and alarm monitoring app, are reporting issues with their control panel on Thursday afternoon. A persisting issue of 'cellular failure' and 'reporter failure' have been reported by over 1500 users on Down Detector, a platform that tracks such outages based on users' reports.
