India, June 24 -- Rishabh Pant's return to the Delhi Capitals is not just one of the biggest player movements after IPL 2026. It is also one of the clearest signs yet that the IPL market is beginning to correct itself. Pant was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs.27 crore at the IPL 2025 auction, the most expensive winning bid in IPL history. Two seasons later, he has returned to the Delhi Capitals for Rs.15 crore. That is not a small adjustment. That is a Rs.12 crore correction on one of India's biggest cricket names.
