Indian student missing for 45 days in finland, parents move hc
Hyderabad, June 20 -- The Telangana high court on Thursday directed the Centre and the state governments to trace the whereabouts of a 18-year-old engineering student from Hyderabad, Gujja Manideep Reddy, who had been missing in Finland for the last 45 days, people familiar with the matter said on Friday.
Acting on a petition filed by Manideep's parents, G Muthyam Reddy and Mamata, Justice B Vijaysen Reddy sought responses by the Central government and Telangana police.
Notices were also issued to the Indian embassy in Helsinki and its consular wing. The matter has been posted to June 24, a police official said.
