India, Aug. 13 -- A Bengaluru-based entrepreneur has shared a post of appreciation for his sister's employer, saying that the company for which she works gave her a month off after the death of her father. Vibin Babuurajan did not name the company in his X post, but mentioned that it is based in Coimbatore.

He said that besides giving his sister a month-long bereavement leave, the company bore 20% of her father's medical expenses. After her father died, the chairman of the company personally checked in on her.

"My sister works for a traditional company that was built out of Coimbatore," Babuurajan revealed.

"Here's what her company did after she lost her dad last week: Beared 20% of the medical expenses; Gave her over 4 weeks of leave;...
