India summons Pakistani diplomat over Arabian Sea collision involving vessels of two navies: 'Unacceptable'
India, Sept. 16 -- India summoned the Charge d'Affaires of the High Commission of Pakistan on Wednesday. As per the MEA, the envoy was summoned, and a strong protest was lodged over the "unacceptable and unprofessional conduct of Pakistani naval units at sea that led to a collision with a unit of the Indian Navy.
Officials familiar with the matter told HT that the collision took place on the evening of September 15, "when a Pakistani Naval Ship closed a frontline Indian Naval warship on a routine surveillance mission in the North Arabian Sea at high speed, manoeuvring in an unprofessional and unsafe manner."
