India, July 24 -- India and the United Kingdom signed a landmark Free Trade Agreement (FTA) on Thursday during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the UK. Modi met his British counterpart Keir Starmer at Chequers, the official country residence of the UK Prime Minister, located about 50 kilometres northwest of London.
The India-UK Free Trade Agreement is projected to unlock new avenues for economic growth and job creation, particularly for India's youth.
