India, April 3 -- The Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar has launched two master's degree programmes in design and emerging technologies. The two master's degrees- Master of Design (MDes) and Master of Technology (MTech) in Maritime Engineering will be available for the admission process from the upcoming academic year.

The Master's in Design program will integrate design thinking with engineering, technology, and social sciences. It is intended to strengthen systems thinking and collaborative problem-solving capabilities relevant to real-world challenges.
