India, Sept. 6 -- Igho Ubiribo, a 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman and influencer, died in March 2026 after a cosmetic penis enlargement procedure in Thailand was linked to a fatal pulmonary embolism, according to TMZ.

He was on vacation in Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, when he underwent the procedure at an unnamed clinic. He later complained of chest pain and fainted twice while having a massage with his wife.

He was taken to hospital and died after more than 100 minutes of CPR. A UK post-mortem later found material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used in the injection.
