India, Aug. 21 -- The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) said it has sold a 5.25-acre plot in Hyderabad's Raidurg for Rs.1,386 crore, achieving a record Rs.264 crore per acre, according to a statement issued by the state-run infrastructure body on August 21, 2026.

According to the statement, the land parcel, was auctioned through an e-auction and fetched a 50.9% premium over its reserve price.

TGIIC had set a reserve price of Rs.175 crore per acre for the Raidurg plot. The final bid of Rs.264 crore per acre translates into a total consideration of Rs.1,386 crore for the 5.25-acre parcel.
