India, July 1 -- The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Gurugram, on Wednesday said it approved 51 real estate projects thus far in 2026, involving investments of nearly Rs.38,000 crore across the city. Of these, 11 large projects alone account for a cumulative investment of Rs.25,000 crore and are expected to serve as anchor projects, the authority said.

According to data released by the authority, the 51 approved projects comprise 16,727 units, including 15,403 residential units, 1,084 commercial units and 240 industrial units. The Rs.38,000 crore estimate is not limited to construction costs. It includes the overall project cost, comprising land acquisition, construction, and other related investments, officials said. ...
